There is a ramp round the back but anyone who can’t do steps can’t get to the button to be told about the ramp!

@AvantiWestCoast huge thanks to your train pres team guy on the 14:45 Crewe to Bangor yesterday- helped us when people put suitcases in the bike space and magically appeared to help us off too. Him going the extra mile keeps your trains running on time. #staremployee

@Se_Railway 5 bikes in our carriage going into London and we saw 10 get on the train going back out.
Met 4 more cycle tourers at Euston.
Remember the potential users too - many people are put off by the stress of the space gamble!

Could do with more bike space on the trains - encourage sustainable transport from door to door.
