We have now projected all three Democratic incumbents to win re-election to the House.
All three were GOP targets, and a ton of money was spent here to defeat them. (I thought they would defeat Lee.)
This is also vindication of a Dem redistricting plan criticized near and far.
Everyone’s staking GA runoff, but🚨 this is one of the most interesting races of the cycle🚨..!! Every single outstanding count favors Laxalt except Vegas area. Look to IL to see how much those urban counties matter
Here's what we know on the Nevada Senate race, if we assume the rurals are all but spent, will only add a couple thousand at most to Laxalt's lead:
If CCM continues to win urban mail at current clip, taking 65%, she will easily overtake Laxalt with 110,000 mail (at least) left.
Fewer than 9,000 people had voted in Clark County as of 3:50 PM. That is incredibly low, about half of the number that had voted by this time on the first day in 2020 and about a third of the number who voted on the first day two years ago.
Conservative Democrat Rep. Henry Cuellar narrowly won over progressive Jessica Cisneros in 2020 and 2022 in TX-28. Cuellar outran Biden by 14 points and should be considered a favorite to win reelection.
DDHQ Forecast: LEAN D
Henry Cuellar (D) 79.7%
