@westelm please help me solve this ongoing issue. I’m incredibly upset at the lack of consideration. Perhaps seasonal employees should be better trained to load gift cards - or maybe the regular employees even better trained to deal with those mistakes .....
@westelm Every person I have spoken with leads me to a knew person and so on and so on. You need to do a better job of training your team. I didn’t realize how terrible West Elms reputation is but let me tell you, it precedes the store.
