@DIRECTV your service and customer service is absolutely awful!! Watching #SuperBowl2023 on @YouTubeTV has us rethinking our TV options. Thinking #streaming is the way to go now! Can’t get any help from @DIRECTV

@DIRECTV Only reason we haven’t had more techs out is because we cant keep taking off work to be here. Your reps suggestion was to have a neighbor come to our house to meet the tech. Um…NO!

@DIRECTV Error code 775 since December despite 2 techs coming to “fix” the problem. 1 left all his trash in our yard. 3rd tech came unannounced while we were away. We Replaced and reactivated a new box and problem still continues.
