Subject: Report on Player Promoting Third-Party Automation Tools (Cheating/Botting) in Global Chat
Dear Developers / Support Team,
I am writing to report a player who is actively promoting and selling a third-party automation tool (bot/script) within the Global Chat, which violates the game's fair play policy.
Infractor's Username: 84839868321 (Level 5)
Platform Mentioned: Android and LD Player
Description of Violation: This user is continuously spamming the chat to advertise a paid monthly subscription tool that automates daily gardening and all in-game tasks from A to Z ("tự động hóa mọi thứ từ A đến Z"). They are also driving traffic to a TikTok account (ID: wsp.84839868321) for video tutorials.
This behavior severely damages the game's economy and ruins the experience for fair players. I have attached the screenshots as proof of the chat logs.
Please take immediate action to ban this account and investigate the tool to protect the game's community.
