Hey @Steam my kid forgot his password and steam support’s CAPTCHA isn’t letting either of us past. Am I actually a robot, or is something broken?

@Lenovo We were trying to use the “forgot password” feature in the Steam app. It takes us to a CAPTCHA that always fails. I was able to finally reset the password from my phone - to reproduce the error, install the steam app and try to request password help.
