@leesearcher @tgr_li I’m curious to know if a majority of the twitter engagement is from users directly tweeting at BTS related accounts or if it’s BTS fans #fangirling and connecting with each other
@LilyMark17@leesearcher Another fun ad that Burger King launched back in 2017- the commercial would activate anyone watching the ad with a google home device to define what a “whopper” was https://t.co/C97QgZ3UBd
@leesearcher For me, it’s scary to think that one day virtual assistants could be used as a platform for paid advertisement. I think the Westworld “skill” is a creative way to engage a user with the show, but I would be concerned if the show also collected user data from the smart devices.
@leesearcher It seems like the influencer market is becoming more and more saturated with “aspirational influencers” to the point where it’s hurting both customers and companies who are involved
@Ketermezo@Arshaun16@leesearcher@Ketermezo I second that feeling. Going back to @Arshaun16's presentation, I was in shock to learn that Kendall Jenner got paid 250K just to share one Instagram post about the Fyre Festival. It definitely made me more skeptical of any other products that she advertised.
@leesearcher Since "the line between entertainment and commerce is more blurred because social media and e-commerce are integrated", it's understandable why live-streaming products have become so popular in China compared to in Western countries.
