A Korean YouTuber was reportedly stabbed by one of his subscribers after losing money following his stock picks.
Police say a man in his 20s allegedly tracked down the creator at a commercial building in Busan and stabbed him multiple times before fleeing.
He was arrested about two hours later.
Local reports say the suspect suffered heavy losses after following the YouTuber's stock recommendations and planned the attack after finding out where he was.
The YouTuber suffered serious injuries but is not believed to be in life threatening condition.
Police are investigating the motive, how the attack was planned, and how the suspect obtained the weapon.
