@verizonfios You have one of the WORST customer portals in the world. Pure garbage. Today I can't even log in, as I get a "Cannot Process Your Request" error after answering my secret question. Hire a reputable vendor to build you something better.
Hey @AuthorizeNet, when are you going to fix the sandbox? Both of our sandbox API credentials have been returning an "account inactive" error for weeks. Authentication is broken for the sandbox website, so we can't even log in to see why they've been marked as inactive.
@AuthorizeNet These credentials have been used daily for years, so you're now hampering our client's ability to perform trainings in their staging environment.
You give zero line of contact for sandbox users, and your team doesn't participate in your developer forums.
