@Alykkat Maybe the assumption is a timing thing? (Or maybe Xbox/PS is getting a lot of exclusives, I dunno, I haven't been paying attention to that lately.)
@Alykkat I wonder, sometimes, if developers/publishers sometimes do it because secretly they don't have the in-house skill (or budget, or time, or...) to make their game cross-platform anyway so they just pull the wool over the console-maker's eyes and agree to it for the extra cash.
@kehlarn@stupidtechtakes Yeah I gotta wonder if they just didn't properly configure that LAN server to not negotiate using lower grade methods or something.
@N_D_NITE @doubleunplussed@ciphergoth Yeah. We were (essentially) promised assistants... make them smart enough to show the change before doing it, and if it's a complex enough edit explain why, and actually do the things I can do. That's the real augmentation. *Code editors* are getting there, why not other tools?
@DCTekkie@enigmoooo@immasiddx OK what's in your empty tab though? IIRC Chrome has some links on there by default but if disabled or replaced it really shouldn't be that big.
@immasiddx Browsers are heavy, web apps are stupidly heavy, ... but that is insane. Maybe some extensions causing it? But also that would explain why on my work laptop Chrome keeps putting tabs to sleep like it's going out of style.
I don't know if they were trans or a pretty-boy, but there was someone working at Bulk Barn today I might've stared a bit long at. Sorry. (But you're pretty.)
@TerryB2YT@KirbyCheatFurby Congrats! You've just learned that when you remove words from a sentence, you change the meaning. Adding the phrasing "in third" is still valid. Try again.
