-struggle to leave my bed
-sleep 10-12 hrs
-sleep 4-6 hrs
-forget to rest
-have nightmares/stress dreams
-am very hard to wake
-wake for "no reason"
-wake feeling exhausted
-feel more tired after rest

@AutisticCallum_ Autism shows through everything for me, ADHD only peeks out about half the time. Although that may have to do with me being medicated for ADHD, I feel like they'd fight for dominance a lot more if I weren't.
