@British_Airways Give BA a very wide swerve if looking for Customer care , support and service - completely alien concepts to BA - best avoided- Bloody Awful - look at Trustpilot rating - shocking 1.4 ! Vast majority of the negative comments and feedback are related to lack of customer care
@AppleSupport You need to sort out the major fault with iPhone 16 - I have had 3 replacements in 2 months as phone goes dead and will not charge. Just happened again and I’m travelling in Asia so it’s extremely difficult to get sorted. Got AppleCare + which is charging me every month
@AppleSupport Apple support not worth the monthly charge. I’ve spent 6 hours now online and even visited the approved dealership they sent me to. Trying to replace my damaged phone in Malaysia. Got apple support plus - what a load of wank.
@British_Airways had my November 17th flight to Kuala Lumpur cancelled today - usual atrocious customer service- can’t get through on phone. All my hotel & travel bookings in chaos. BA absolutely abysmal company.
@Wayfair Top brands - big deals - abysmal service. Used the company 5 times - 5 times delivery issues. Zero customer service - pitiful customer care. It’s a pity as they have great selection of goods but if the customer can’t rely on delivery what’s the point in using them ?
@Wayfair Great brands - great choice - dreadful delivery and customer service - used them 5 times - EVERY TIME I’ve had delivery issues. Latest order didn’t arrive - now having to fight for refund. Never use them again .

@British_Airways at Changi airport , have business class flights - no early check in - no BA lounge - absolutely nothing - no airport presence. Shocking customer care & service as we’ve come to expect.
@WayfairUK Customer Service /support is absolutely abysmal. My contract is with you not your carrier. I am referred by you to contact DHL . Their tracking app says my order is part delivered- I’M WELL AWARE OF THAT AS IVE HAD NO BED SINCE 5th - no mention of when my delivery will arrive
@WayfairUK I am still waiting for my new bed from you. Was told it would be here on 5 th - supposedly out for delivery and I was next. I disposed of my old bed - no delivery so I now have nothing. Then told next day 6 th - I am still waiting. Absolutely shocking service.

@Wayfair shocking customer care /service. Ordered bed , given tracking details for DHL - said out for delivery and I was next. Disposed of old bed to make room then told delivery cancelled. No bed. Then told next working day so stayed in again for 2nd day. No delivery again.
@sainsburys absolutely shocking Customer Service today - had abrupt sms saying order cancelled for today with no explanation. Phoned them and no help whatsoever. Order was £356 which I’ve paid for. Got to now WAIT 3-5 days to get money back. Totally unacceptable.
@AskVirginMoney I have spoken to someone today again at my expense from my mobile phone. 40 minutes call , twice transferred to wrong department. Your “helpline “ is a shambles manned by ill trained imbeciles. Not fit for purpose. Still no help or support

@AskVirginMoney doesn’t help at all I don’t have access to a landline. I’m in Philippines & getting bad credit rating directly because of your actions. You cancelled my dd - I need access to my app reinstated that you blocked because I questioned a 1p transaction in January
