The advice I wish I’d gotten when I started in Web3:

Be active in projects you actually like.

Not just watching.
Not just posting.
Actually showing up.

A great example of this:

Seeing @horkays and @Ghost_IOO being named interns by Billions.

I’ve seen their consistency firsthand, this didn’t happen overnight.

And it wasn’t just recognized by the team, but by the community too.

So many people reached out asking why they weren’t included when we announced ambassadors.
