@BalsamHillUK Hi, lights on our tree (bought last year) broke last Monday. We were told you'd send a new transformer which didn’t arrive. Phoned yesterday & told transformers will arrive Sept 2022. No replacement trees unless we're 'willing to pay for a more expensive tree'?!
