Rule was clear, didnt breached it. 9$ left on the acc, never spiked below it.

I had 97$ remaining to DD.
I was in a trade and set my SL to 87$. Stopped exactly there. No spikes, no news. Normal candle. Nothing happened. My account stopped fine at 10509$
Suddenly i got an email that its breached. But thats wrong. Its already p2 😞
