@MyCCITweets Do you monitor this account? I am not a customer but I have been trying to report wires left in the street by a contractor for weeks in Dover NH. Is there a support number that I can call that isn't the 1844 number that requests I be a customer for service?

@VerizonSupport hi VS. I have called in wires that were left on the ground and pose a hazard twice and nobody has fixed this… Can you message me about sending someone out to fix this please? The lines end up in the road when it rains it’s on a business property.
