Very disappointed that after spending $200 on a @WhistleLabs gps collar for our escape artist dog, it stopped working 3 months later. After 20 min on hold, all the “customer service” rep did was say that their tech team would call “in a few days” & she couldn’t help. #epicfail

4. After getting no help from @Apple at all when my 2 YO #MacBookPro is a fire hazard at risk for an exploding battery, I’m wondering if I should switch to a PC for my articles & books. #EpicFail

3. Nearest NY @Apple store is 60 miles away & it’s impossible to call them to learn options for fixing my dangerously swollen #MacBook battery before it explodes or catches on fire! Call center clerk in India put me on hold, then tried to send me to Apple stores in NJ & CT.

2. After a long wait at @Apple store while clerks chatted w/ each other & ignored customers, I told an advisor that I have urgent writing deadlines & my #MacBook will only type the letter H due to dangerously swollen battery. They said nobody could even look at it for a week!

1. Terrible experience with @Apple. my #MacBook’s battery got so swollen that it was a fire hazard & the only advice I got from the so-called helpline was to “go shopping” for a pricy new one when my laptop is less than 3 years old!
