Appalling customer service from @6gearexperience booked a driving experience as a gift for a nearby centre. Tried to book & the local centre now closed. Nearest now 140 miles away & have been refused a refund!
According to @easyJet we donโt โmeet the criteriaโ for compensation for a flight that was cancelled less than 2 hours before take off. I donโt think so! #easyJet#cancelledflights
