Paramount is reportedly considering asking Elon Musk to join a group of equity investors as it moves forward with its massive Warner Bros. Discovery deal.

Think about that for a second.

ELON MUSK COULD POTENTIALLY BECOME A PARTIAL OWNER OF PARAMOUNT, WHICH WOULD MEAN PARTIAL OWNERSHIP OF CNN AND CBS.

According to Semafor, Paramount CEO David Ellison has considered Musk along with other wealthy investors as the company looks for fresh cash and a more diversified investor base.

And the connection isn’t exactly random.

Musk and Larry Ellison have been close for years. Larry Ellison invested $1 billion in Musk’s 2022 purchase of Twitter and has also invested in Tesla.

Now Musk could potentially be putting money into the company behind CNN and CBS.
