We identify distinct cellular cooperation of malignant cell types. Targeting this cooperation network with #FGFR and #NOTCH inhibitors is highly effective in ETMR cells. Importantly, #erdafitinib therapy resulted in partial response in one heavily pre-treated ETMR patient.
