There is a plan to construct enormous densely packed skyscrapers on the middle of our neighbourhood. We need low rise social housing for families. Please add your signature. Or do whatever you can to help us stop this.

Hi @easyJet , quite a lot of us are due to fly to #marrakesh tomorrow and obviously won’t want to add to the city’s woes by having tourists walking about. Is there any way you would refund our tickets so we could donate the money to the relief effort? Crossing fingers.

Well done again BA. Flight (again) delayed. And business-passengers in Rome told they can’t stay in the lounge because it is closing. Is there a point in business tickets any more? Wish I’d recorded passengers’ commentary. It wasn’t complimentary @britishairways#britishairways
What really went on inside the Wuhan lab weeks before Covid erupted.

Russia is looking to China to help it gain access to the kind of advanced equipment placed out of reach over the past year as a result of Western sanctions and an exodus of international companies - @energyintel https://t.co/7Z50jQcLlR
Why #Heathrow does it take so long to offload luggage? If a plane lands at 7.15 from Johannesburg, luggage shouldn’t arrive on carousels at 9. They make it work in all other airports on earth. Why not here?

Landed at #Heathrow an hour ago and still no sign of bags. Hundreds of people milling about in Terminal Four. Apparently this is due to large numbers of staff off sick. Why in one of the biggest airports in the world aren’t there contingency plans?
@vaillantuk do you have anyone working on your customer service line? I’ve sent several emails - even to your CEO in Germany - and had no reply. You assured me before Christmas my boiler would be resolved. #worstserviceaward
