Please contact me. You have delivered my parcel to an incorrect address. Attached a picture of proof of delivery which isnt my address. No map or GPS of location. Sender is refusing a refund due to your "proof of delivery" at a place I do not know.

@TalkTalk You can help me by arranging an engineer to visit my property quicker than the 2 week wait I am being informed of. I pay for a service which I can not use and have been told I need to wait 2 weeks to have someone come out and have a look. Totally unacceptable

@FragranceShopUK Praise where praise is due.Ordered online at 3pm 21st Dec. Items arrived at 12pm 22nd Dec and all for 99p delivery.Fabulous service and great prices.Not many companies dispatch so quickly.I was surprised as wasnt expecting the parcel until Christmas Eve.

@DPDUK Useless. Lost my parcel in your Reading depot and can't do anything for 3-5 days. Brand new phone has just disappeared since arriving in depot at 644am Sunday morning. Absolute disgrace that I haven't been informed and waited in 2 days now for said package.
