Shocked that the 2 gifts I have ordered from @houseoffraser have arrived in broken/ripped boxes but apparently that's not a fault as the boxes are there to protect the gifts. That I now cannot gift. The mind boggles.

1 hour and 10 minutes on hold to @Wimbledon and then the phone is put down without a word. Absolutely ridiculous. Where is the customer service??!

Not impressed that our transfer is not only late but has too many people on it. The bus driver is rude and clearly cannot count. Let's hope we make the flight.....
