@InsideTimeUK Yes I spent 18yrs in prison and they say that their priorities are maintaining family contact but we were paid pennies and if we didn't have family sending money then no ties could be maintained

@SMiTLA @piersmorgan You don't know what you are talking about. I was sentenced to life in prison for gbh the male did not die, I as a female spent 18yrs in prison and am now on life licence, the strike two automatic life sentence was abolished in 2003 I was sentenced in 2000 released 2018!

@piersmorgan I got an automatic life sentence for section 18 for knife crime, I served almost 18yrs so please don't tell me that our laws aren't tough enough, I'm now a 42yr old woman and my life is ovet

@ProfDavidWilson @francescrook In the female prisons the drug of choice is now buscopam and it's sending the women mental as it has an hullcengenic effect scary to see my fellow prisoners in such a mess

@FreshwoodGroup @francescrook The recall frightens me, after serving 17yrs of a life sentence I was released, did well in a hostel but the had to return to the exact same town where crime happened and where everyone knew me, 4 wks later I was recalled and its taken me 7 months to get back out.
