@KLM @KLM_UK @AirFranceKLM So KLM get in touch to say they will put me in touch with a service agent - nothing 2 days later. This has been typical of the ‘service’. Will now have to pursue through small claims court.
horrendous treatment by @KLM_UK - customer service team is horrific and does not know what it is doing - refused refund for reserving seats when flight was actually cancelled as this was apparently "voluntary" - avoid!! @KLM@AirFranceKLM
@KLM_UK this was never resolved by customer service and now I am being refused a refund (for seat reservation when booking was cancelled) - terrible, terrible customer service
@KLM_UK @KLM customer service = horrendous. Seats booked in March cancelled - 5 calls to call centre and just keep being told to wait a few more days. Today found out our seats were released because @KLM_UK did not take payment - no one able to resolve the problem!!!
