@AmericanAir Credit where due: after a 2 day delay, AA220 DFW to AMS biz class June 7 flight attendants were amazing. Traveled w/elderly parents and the FAs were so attentive & kind. Appreciate you Kim, Lauri & Kaity!!
@AmericanAir we understand things happen and flights get disrupted, but your customer service is unbelievably bad. Sad that the company culture is so toxic that employees just don't care anymore.
