@TheQMIDA This has been quite a semester of growth for me so it's difficult to narrow it down, buuuuut I'd probably say..
1. Always be prepared for technology to fail
2. Don't freak out when it does... refer back to number 1
3. Try to stay ahead of the work load

@TheQMIDA I'm curious how everyone is managing the workload, new environments, new "coworkers", this whole new normal? And is there any tips from exemplary employers, that we might be able to take back to our own employers :)
@TheQMIDA We've decided that we must make sure instructors are leaving our training with the very least an uploaded syllabus, are capable of making announcements, and have uploaded at least two weeks of content... We have the same issue of varying abilities, so we'll see how it goes..
@TheQMIDA Our department has been completely transparent about what we should expect and we are each doing our best to prepare accordingly.. we're using Microsoft Teams, One Note, Sharepoint, Skype, etc. to collaborate and keep open lines of communication
