@MBTA You took my money, where’s the service? The crowd at State Street is huge. Consider sending an empty train down. Next time, open the gates so we won’t have to pay for this.

@MBTA I’m on the blue line now heading out of the city. Not only is it a slow down, you have cut the # of trains significantly. What have you done? Over-crowded and miserable. @MayorWu and @maura_healey please do something! @WCVB @cbsboston @7News Covid has not gone away.

@7News @deskon7 @MBTA @mbtaroc I thought the Blue Line had no slow down, it was now just the Green and Mattapan lines. Inside the tunnel it’s 10mph. It’s not much better outside. Crowds on the train because they cannot be running that many trains. So unacceptable.

@MBTA The blue line train that pulled into State Street station heading to Government about 10 minutes ago. I believe the train I was on was 0724. The car stopped at the station and all of a sudden lurched back and then forward.
