A child’s job is to become independent from parents. School circumvents the parent/child dynamic and frees mental space for learning. Unexpected homeschooling increases a child’s resistance to being told what to do exactly when parents have less time to devote to the child.

If a person is the primary caretaker for 3 kids + an elderly mother, each yr: 5 dentists visits, 5 flu shot apts, 3-6 eye doc, 5 physicals. That's the base IF no one gets sick. What if we our school system provided services- keep kids in a safe place & parents in jobs. & Make $!
