South African taxpayers, we are officially exhausted. Today, 800+ newcomers are gathered outside the Durban Refugee Reception Office (RRO) on Che Guevara Road. Let's do some quick math, the exact same buses used to "clear" this area are right back where they started.
Minister Leon Schreiber @Leon_Schreib, while you are busy treating your X timeline like a Silicon Valley tech demo boasting about Digital IDs and "Quantum Leaps", the physical immigration reality on the ground is stuck in a costly, infinite loop. 🎪
Now they are here and have used creative ways to return back to South Africa with porous borders and weak immigration policies!!
Moving a crowd away from a municipal pavement, only for 800 people to return by sunrise, isn't high-tech border management, it's an expensive, state-funded city tour. We are paying the bill for administrative illusions, while the porous border crisis worsens!
Minister Schreiber, it's time to step away from your digital dashboard, look out the window, and realise a real-world immigration crisis cannot be solved by simply refreshing the page. We want actual system processing, secure borders, and accountability for our tax money. 🇿🇦 #SecureSABorders #BanFakeAsylumSeekers #BanFakeRefugess
A Ghanaian immigration lawyer practising in South Africa is literally telling newcomers to “take advantage” of this ruling. Do we have South African lawyers doing this in their countries???? She’s actually making a living out of this! I’m livid!!! @HomeAffairsSA@ParliamentofRSA
BREAKING NEWS 🚨
Home Affairs To Accept Asylum Applications From People Who Entered South Africa Illegally
The Department of Home Affairs will no longer turn away people seeking asylum simply because they entered South Africa illegally or do not have the required immigration documents.
Deputy Director-General Thulani Mavuso told 702’s Clement Manyathela today, Monday that refugee reception offices must accept applications from anyone who presents themselves and asks to apply for asylum.
The move follows a Constitutional Court judgment delivered in July, which declared several provisions of the Refugees Act unconstitutional. The court found that procedural immigration violations could not be used to prevent asylum seekers from having their claims assessed on their merits.
A department instruction issued on 28 September reportedly directs reception offices to accept applications from unlawful entrants, late applicants and people without asylum transit visas.
Mavuso warned that the change could put further pressure on the department, with people already in South Africa unlawfully potentially joining queues to seek asylum.
The Constitutional Court ruling was based partly on the principle of non-refoulement, which prevents South Africa from returning people to places where they could face persecution or serious harm.
Home Affairs said after the judgment that it would comply with the court's decision while maintaining a lawful and well-managed immigration system.
This is actually insane. You can enter South Africa illegally, bypass a port of entry, have no visa, fail to report within five days and only later declare that you want asylum and Home Affairs must still accept your application without first requiring you to explain your illegal entry.
And people still don’t understand why South Africans are asking serious questions about our asylum system.
Palesa Thembeka Matlala, born 7th July 2000, is the director in Moriel Infrastructure Group, as per CIPC records. She enabled a Zimbabwean National, Lawrence Chamurwa Mudzingunyama to secure government contracts. His company was registered in 2011 when Palesa was 11 years old, raising suspicions of potential fronting or irregularities in how foreign linked entities access South African public infrastructure projects. 🇿🇦
Days when prospective employers ask for your payslip during salary negotiations will soon be a thing of the past. Employers will be forced to declare the package range for a role being advertised and stop the nonsense of asking for payslips.
This Member of Parliament from a party in the GNU is going public about this sinister plan to bring Pakistanis to South Africa. He also says there are 15 000 Jews from Israel that are military trained that have settled in SA. This is an explosive revelation from the GNU.
We have to defend South Africa against this invasion!!!

The discipline on display here is remarkable. I can not ignore the fact that the moment he placed his stick on the ground, the crowd responded instantly. Clear respect for authority. It’s a powerful example of order and unity, with no lawlessness.
Still no pictures of the directors of Lighthouse Publishers(Pty) Ltd from leading media outlets?
Where they went to school?
What they ate for breakfast?
Or it’ll be part of the Treasury reveal? 🤣
Now let me tell you about the most brazen heist in South African military history.
This is former Denel CEO Danie Du Toit who sold the SANDF most critical intellectual property.
The media tried to say it was the Guptas but it was not. You were fed lies. It was a few months into Ramaphosa's presidency. The timing was to blame the previous administration but that won't work anymore.
Seven senior Denel officials including—names still being protected by the very system that should jail them—got together and decided to sell our missile intellectual property to a Dubai company.
Not just any missiles. We’re talking about the Mkhonto, Ingwe, and Mokopa missile systems. The crown jewels of South African defence.
They sold the blueprints, the software, the guidance systems—everything. Then, just to add insult to injury, they all resigned from Denel and joined the company in Dubai.
So now, whenever Denel tries to build a missile for the SANDF or another country buying from Denel, these seven ghosts sit in their Dubai air-conditioned offices and collect licensing fees from Denel. For using Denel’s own technology.
They sold our country's defense to a company in Dubai.
Our government does not own its own defense, it was sold.
We are going to expose these 7 ghosts and they have nowhere to hide. Not even Dubai can keep you from our reach.
We see you Danie du Toit and we are coming for you & all your cronies. Watch this space.

Last week, the Madlanga Commission asked for records relating to Johannesburg Metro Police Department and broader city security contracts as part of its probe into alleged tender irregularities.
This week, the Justice Department says it lacks funds to cover the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry’s six-month extension into police corruption.
What a coincidence. 🤔🤔🤔
Lighthouse Publishers for a R285 million tender,a Cape Town based company that was registered after the tender had closed, Michael Kasango Mugoya owns 51% and is a student in China, Georgia Groome owns 49%.
Are the allegations true ? And why do you release a statement with half truths and not tell the public what happened? How long is the investigation going to take ? Go to the CIPC website , print the info of the company, get the advert of the tender, show it to the public , or you need assistance with that ?
