@westelm So actually it’s been more than a month. I have had to keep following up because you’ve sent me either a canned response or just not responded at all.
@westelm I’ve been trying to get in touch w/ your customer service team for an entire month. Your online chatbot always says there’s not a rep available and closes the chat.
@westelm I already have — several times. Take a look at our private message history. The response was “try out customer chatbot” even after I said I couldn’t get through.
@RELXHQ@VitalChek@LexisNexisRisk Takes 2+ days to respond to customer service emails (IF they respond) and if you call the number they recommend it basically says "call back later we're too busy."
@VitalChek Such a scammy company. I've jumped through so many hoops and now it won't even let me sign in. Been on hold with customer service repeatedly (there's never an answer) and no responses to emails.
@scottkubie Makes total sense. This isn’t helped by the fact that many recruiters/hiring managers (who don’t have experience working with UX writers) are specifically looking for cute and clever. This is extra frustrating because these 2 attributes so rarely fit with a company’s brand. 🤦♀️
@SzyAndie@HDCares You're not serious. 😖
After months of calling they don't even fit?? That's awful, but not even surprising at this point? Ugh, I'm so sorry.
Have you considered filing with the BBB?
@SzyAndie@HomeDepot Hoping this works out for you, Andie! I know my experience with @HomeDepot customer service has been truly terrible. Like, record-setting terrible. 😭😭😭
Definitely seems like they owe you money back for the many, many hours you’ve spent troubleshooting all these issues.
