What did those zones look like?

• Minimal contact with family.
• Banned from communal religious services (they even warned this could spark “interpersonal and communal violence”).
• Staff assigned to monitor compliance… and to watch for suicide risk, depression, and the psychological toll of isolation and stigma.
• No mention of legal appeals or the right to counsel.

1st Household isolation → 2nd neighborhood separation → 3rd camp-level confinement.

They called it “shielding.” Critics call it what it resembles: forced quarantine camps.

This came on top of rent moratoriums, six-foot rules, mask mandates, Plexiglas barriers, and vaccine passport schemes that briefly locked vaccinated-only access in major cities. The passport push collapsed once it became clear the shots didn’t stop transmission. The camp plan simply sat there, public, waiting.

No matter how bad the Covid response felt, the planners had drawn up worse. Physical separation of the vulnerable “to prioritize limited resources.” Isolation justified as protection. Free speech, movement, family, and faith treated as secondary to the virus.

Wells Fargo confirmed that it plans to launch tokenized deposits for corporate and commercial clients in fall 2026.

The initial service will support U.S. dollars and British pounds for crossborder payments, allowing clients to transfer, program and settle bank deposits around the clock on Wells Fargo’s proprietary blockchain platform. The bank expects to add more currencies and countries during 2027 based on client demand.

This advances Wells Fargo’s position from the tokenized deposit pilot disclosed in its January 14, 2026 financial results to a defined client rollout window, initial currencies and operational use case.

Wells Fargo also said its platform is being designed to connect with the broader U.S. bank tokenized deposit network planned for the first half of 2027, as well as other private networks.
