@Central_Railway @srdomcogbbcr electric box wasn’t getting locked. Upon raising the issue, Motorman Shri R K Mishra ji (07:38 PM Slow Train from KYN to PRL) did acknowledge it and raised complaint with concerned staff immediately.
At least he listened !!
