Sick of litter? Help map it, report fly-tipping to your council, and get streets cleaned up. Iโm looking for volunteers to test Litter Mapper. DM me or join the waiting list: https://t.co/MloL01KAQ9
Once you have taken pictures of a littered street, if you later pick it up, simply mark as cleared, this will go towards target to clear tonnes of litter from our streets, imagine the difference we can make ๐ https://t.co/IOSy7i5A2h
๐ธ Have you seen fly-tipping recently?
Reply with a photo and tell us where it was.
Weโll highlight hotspots across the UK and raise awareness of the scale of waste crime.
Together we can shine a light on the problem.

@s8mb All I have the same old ideas for same old problems. Little discussed that its the govt via Serco that is driving up rents!! Houses of multiple occupancy average return of 9%, no worries about the govt falling behind in rent. All the while young people get misled by populists.
@ChristinaLVM1@EalingGreens@CanLager Ealing is blank, littermapper is free way to log your cleanups, creates civic data for councils and AI brand recognition (redbull everywhere!), takes 20 secs to snap or film a street, https://t.co/IOSy7i5A2h free to use!!!
@Rogowskawero@danique_hosac7o Up to 300 tonnes of litter is pulled from the River Thames each year (Thames21 / Port of London Authority). 174 branded items tracked here so far. https://t.co/pBkiNfygTD
Our AI has identified 174 branded items on UK streets.
89 of them โ more than half โ are Red Bull.
Add Monster and Lucozade and energy drinks are ~6 in 10. Nobody sips an energy drink at home. It's bought, downed, dropped.
What's the can you see most on your street?
@Randoms141884@adampogrund With you. What's worked for us: make it undeniable. One photo โ AI logs every item and brand, files the fly-tip report, pins it to a public map. A mapped hotspot is much harder to ignore than a complaint. https://t.co/gSS5Wr6gnm
@TradedVC Good week for UK-built AI. From the other end of the funding scale: a free British AI that reads a street photo, names the brand on every piece of litter and auto-files the council fly-tip report. Sovereign AI can clean streets, not just design chips. https://t.co/gSS5Wr6gnm
@AlastairMorgan You've spotted the crux โ litter survives by staying unseen. That's the idea behind ours: photograph your round, a free UK AI logs every item + the brand onto a public map and files the council report. A round like yours would light up a whole postcode. https://t.co/gSS5Wr6gnm
