Idk the law, maybe there’s something to the cease and desist, but also I am not surprised in the slightest that Threads blew up and I don’t think it had anything to do with insider secrets, I think it’s just people wanting to leave Twitter lol.

Threads hiring former Twitter employees makes sense because, like, you fired them, Elon… Suing them for that feels silly, & I don’t know what making something similar to Twitter would be hard even without those people who have the experience, it’s just social media.

Older generations making fun of younger generations for not knowing things upsets me for 2 reasons:
1. The things they’re making fun of them for are typically obsolete at this point.
2. If they really wanted them to know those things, that’s kind of on them for not teaching them.

For context, the owner of this platform just declared cis and cisgender as “slurs.” Which is just wrong. I wish people would stop choosing to be ignorant when shit makes them uncomfortable.

Being a cis woman literally just means I am a woman whose gender aligns with the sex I was assigned at birth… how tf is that a slur? It’s an adjective, and I only really use it if it is relevant to the conversation. With rampant transphobia, of course “cis” being said a lot rn.

I really enjoyed Elemental, (SPOILER) Disney hasn’t really been doing love stories lately and I do like that and understand why, but I am a sucker for a good love story. Also like that it’s not a remake, lol.

Being trans is not a choice adults or kids are making, it’s who they are. Like I said, do more research and listen to trans voices. Don’t let the scary sounding misinformation keep you closed-minded.

One of my favorite thoughts to have while I watch more serious shows or movies is “they were all theater kids” and hey, idk if it’s true, but I like to think it is.

@Jakedodsonjake @thicmystic @tyleroakley You should do more research into what gender affirming care actually looks like for trans youth, there’s a lot of misinformation going around to scare you into believing what you do. I recommend listening to trans people and learning more about what growing up was like for them.
