@bookingcom despite spending an hour on the phone to one of your advisors I have still not been able to get over £100 back for a property that we didn't stay at because noone let us in . Apparently you have to wait for the host to confirm . The host are obviously scammers !!!

@bookingcom The property owners are quite clearly scammers .. neither you nor myself have been able to get hold of them despite repeated calls and emails over two weeks

@bookingcom why are you refusing to refund my money when I booked a stay in June 23 for June 24 and when I arrived with a disabled child and elderly lady we were left standing on the street with noone answering our calls or emails .We were left stranded in London-disgusting!!
