Everton, Nottingham forest and Leicester should club together now and sue the hell out of the league.
They should demand a suitable punishment for Chelsea, relegation and stripped of all trophies bought for the last two decades would be a good start.
This is a disgrace.
How Chelsea signed a star team with hidden payments
🔺 £47.5m paid to 12 individuals or corporate entities
🔺 Involved deals for Hazard, Luiz, Matic, Ramires, Willian
🔺 Why have some names been redacted?
🔺 Why did Chelsea escape stronger punishment?

Paragraph 135 of the judgment in the PL v Everton ‘…a financial penalty for a club that enjoys the support of a wealthy owner, is not a sufficient penalty’.
Chelsea get a financially penalty. Of course they do.
City will get same.
Corrupt. @premierleague
Can somebody please explain to me why Chelsea get a fine and a transfer ban (which won’t affect them as they have 700 players)
But clubs like Everton and Nottingham Forest get a points deduction?
Am I missing something?
Meanwhile Sheffield Wednesday will be docked another FIFTEEN points by the EFL next season for **checks notes** not paying £15m to the mental man who ran the club into administration and nearly extinction
If I’m Everton, I’m suing the Premier League and The FA for giving no sporting sanction to Chelsea and their clear cheating to win titles across several seasons, whilst they got a ten point deduction for one charge.
In what world is a £10.75m fine going to make the slightest bit of difference? They’re worth multiple billions of £s. It’s not an active deterrent in the slightest.
£47.5m is more than double Everton's breach that led to a Premier League record sanction of 10 points being deducted (it was recalculated to 6 on appeal)
While this is a different charge, the commission said EFC "gained no sporting advantage" but still agreed a deduction.
The PL wanted to deduct 12 pts from Everton for a £19m breach
But are ok with a tiny fine and a suspended transfer ban when it’s one of their key brands
You can assume from this that even if City are found guilty, the punishment is not gonna be proportionate with Everton’s
Just remember boys, we had two separate points deductions which would have totalled an 18pt dedication overall for building a new state of the art stadium in a neglected and deprived area of our city. One rule for us, another for them @premierleague
Corrupt as Fuck 😡
Everton overspent by £19.5m on a stadium and were docked 10 points.
Chelsea made illegal payments to help sign players and got a fine.
The Premier League is the most corrupt organisation you will ever come across.
Total disgrace.
This is the punishment for 36 undisclosed payments worth £47.5m over 11 years relating to player transfers.
Reminder: the Premier League wanted Everton deducted 12 points for a £19.5m FFP overspend and didn’t think a fine was a suitable punishment
As a Villa fan, the Chelsea decision is baffling.
£47m in undisclosed payments linked to transfers → £10.75m fine and a suspended ban.
Everton go £19.5m over PSR → immediate points deduction that nearly kills their season.
The Premier League says the Chelsea breaches wouldn’t have affected PSR, but the contrast in punishment still looks wildly inconsistent.
More proof the Prem bends over for the Big 6 while screwing the rest of us! #AVFC #Corrupt
