Why wasn’t I called before today? I booked it over a fortnight ago! Really, really poor service to give so little notice when it’s a long term sickness issue. I want to make a complaint.

@BootsHelp How do I make a complaint? I’m really unimpressed. I’m on my way to my flu jab appointment and have just been phoned to say they don’t do jabs on a Sunday as Pharmacist is on long term sick, so don’t come. Why was I allowed to book it online for a Sunday?
