I love @amazon but their customer service is useless. I don't understand how they do not know where your package is. Don't the packages get scanned at each location?

If I was the CEO of a large company, the main thing I would focus on would be enabling customer service to fix all issues. One call resolution. Give them contacts in each department and the ability to escalate and to make decisions. Cap the decisions at $500 cost without approval

@elonmusk I run an animal rescue in the middle of nowhere USA. Before Starlink I had to use a small local company. Internet didn't work it was windy or rain or snow or if it was too hot/cold because it impacted the dish to dish connection. I need internet to post my adoptable dogs.

Confirmed with @paypal that this is FAKE. The crappy logo immediately threw me off but the checkmark makes it look legit. Even AI thought it was probably real and their customer service did too until I asked them to verify with their phishing dept. Do not click on links in emails
