@CrossCountryUK Thanks , the 10:45am is a longer service , more stood but only 25mins late , but the 11am was a faster service so ultimately ended up 35mins late into Newcastle based on original services
@CrossCountryUK how does delay and repay work, 11am Derby to Newcastle train cancelled, caught 10:45 train instead but that train currently running 28 mikx late ,brought tickets via LNER app, am I still able to make a claim but got which Cancellation or Delay and Repay
@CrossCountryUK Is that based on the original service of 11am , which should have arrived at 13:27, or the new service of 10:45 , which is now due to arrive at 14:05, as that is technically only 25 minutes?, based on original 11am, I'm 35mns late
@CrossCountryUK as the 11am train from Derby to Newcastle has been cancelled, I'm assuming I can get the 10:45am from Derby , can you confirm if this is ok - I'm on an advance single
@GreggsOfficial Hey, do you have Gremlins in the system as your app doesn't seem to be working properly for Android, it's been like this for a couple of days.
@EastMidRailway@CrossCountryUK The 10:16 from Leicester to Birmingham is running late. I understand it's a Cross Country train, but I'm trying to understand what's causing the disruption.
@LNRailway hey LNR, have you made timetable changes on 2nd Dec from Nuneaton to London 08:11 , just had alert to say train times have changes but very few options other than refund and book with Advanti West Cost
@CrossCountryUK slightly frustrating, whilst my train is running a few minutes late, it's only because your train driver came waltzing up 2 minutes before the departure time, the train was on the platform at 6:15am in Newcastle...this takes the biscuit πͺ
@LNER some feedback, your train guard on 11:58 from Newcastle to London was rather rigid on ticket acceptance, I appreciate you have a lot to deal with over the weekend which is shocking, it's not a criticism, just a nudge you remind your onboard team re/acceptance.
