11-year-old girl dies by suicide—after bullies threaten to "Call ICE" and have family deported.

A year ago this week—shortly after Trump was sworn in—she was hospitalized in a coma.

"Bullies told her she was going to get deported, ICE was coming for them... she was terrified," confirmed the mother of her best friend.

An independent investigation by the Gainesville Independent School District found that she "was impacted by a bullying incident involving another student on campus."

After her death, MAGA cult members have tried to smear the family's reputation with allegations of inappropriate touching—her mother responded vehemently that "nothing about that is true."

🚨BREAKING: Marimar Martinez… the Chicago woman shot five times by a Border Patrol agent after federal agents rammed her car and one of them said, “Do something, bitch” before shooting her… is now fighting to release the evidence the government is blocking.

She survived being shot FIVE TIMES, federal prosecutors dropped all charges against her, and now she’s asking a judge to let the public see body-cam footage, communications, photos, and more…

Not just to defend her reputation, but to show Americans what really happened that day.

Her lawyers argue that the government’s narrative… still online and still calling her a “domestic terrorist” despite dropped charges… is false and harmful.

They also point to the recent deadly shootings of Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minneapolis by ICE and Border Patrol agents, saying the public and elected leaders need transparency on how DHS uses deadly force against citizens.

Every time a DHS agent shoots someone, it’s the same script…

Blame the victim, claim agents were attacked, and their life was in danger.

And every time the evidence eventually shows DHS lied.

ICE/Border patrol agents should not be allowed to shoot people, and then blatantly lie to the public.

Releasing this evidence is the first real step toward transparency… and actual accountability.

It shows protesters -- on the sidewalk, impeding no one -- getting drive-by maced by an ICE agent from a truck as it rolls away down the road.

ICE has also killed a Black man named Keith Porter, a Cambodian named Parady La, and five Latinos named Heber Sanchaz Domínguez, Victor Manuel Diaz, Luis Beltran Yanez-Cruz, Luis Gustavo Nunez Caceres, and Geraldo Lunas Campos.

ICE is on pace to kill more than 100 people this year. Abolish ICE. Impeach Noem. Prosecute those who committed these crimes.
