@olamoney_in Your email says that no waive off for late fee can be given..basically you denied any solution..then consider my amount as a bad debt & I will either delete my account or make a new one or shift to other service providers like @Uber_India or @rapidobikeapp which are much better

@Olacabs Hi i just booked a cab for like 1.6 kms for my senior citizen parents & some relatives..the destination was moti Mahal delux but the driver purposely ended the ride mid way at another restaurant..denied upi or card payment..took Rs 166 cash..he challenged no action will be taken
