@SkyHelpTeam please hurry up and fix our Sky Broadband outage issue out (BS16). Most importantly my Hive isn’t working which controls my heating system and I’m trying to keep my baby warm ! Been down since atleast 6am this morning😩
@FlagRaised@AgaTieFan@SkyHelpTeam Yes it’s awful how they’re taking so long in today’s society to get it back up and running with no comms to us about it. Will try the thermostat but usually if the WiFi drops the heating does too. Thankyou x
@FlagRaised@AgaTieFan@SkyHelpTeam Very frustrating indeed ! And for them to keep saying on here “we aren’t aware of any issues in Bristol” is rubbish. The sky advisor told me there is an outage in BS16 and they’re working on it! It’s taking forever.
@SkyHelpTeam I have spoken to an advisor this morning and she advised that we have an outage in the BS16 area and they are working on it with Openreach engineers. I just wasn’t expecting it to take this long. Hive works from the WIFI. No WIFI- No HIVE 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
@SkyHelpTeam Hi Jason. I have spoken to customer services at 9am. They said that Openreach are working on it but still nothing. I cannot have the WiFi down as it controls my Hive heating system ! I also have a baby to keep warm. What more can be done ?
@SkyHelpTeam@Ian92205827 Sorry but your customer services have informed this morning when I called that we have an outage in BS16 and @WeAreOpenreach snd @OpenreachHelp are working on it. When can we expect internet services to resume? I have a cold baby here as my hive isn’t on.
@Ian92205827@SkyHelpTeam I actually called customer services this morning snd they said we have an outage in BS16 so that’s a load of rubbish that Sky have done a test and aren’t aware of any issues in Bristol! They said @OpenreachHelp are working on it.
@HiveHelper Another day has passed and I STILL cannot use my hive. This is getting ridiculous. I have a young baby in the house and rely heavily on being able to regulate the temperature from anywhere at anytime.
@AsimC86 For those of you who can’t afford therapy or can’t wait for the NHS awaiting lists... totally rate the Headspace App. Got me out of a dark place last summer! £47 well spent for the year 👍🏻
