@Morrisons -shocking service from Plymouth- £200 order and no one notified us it will not arrive!! Just drove for 8 hrs & ordered to be delivered when arrive. No communication etc and I had to ring & on hold for 15mins to be told it is coming tomorrow evening! I have no food!

Birkenstock at £65 & a tear has appeared Neither @schuh or @Birkenstock interested. Schuh says wear & tear on the shoe which do go black inside & just over a year. Bear in mind not worn all over winter. 3 pairs of Birkenstocks and lasted over 6/7 years. Won’t use both again.

@ubereats_uk this is how we got our delivery today just left on the doorstep. It was ruined no drink left in the coke which had spilled and items missing from a £37 order and you give us £2.68 back!!! Crap service from Uber eats and missing items from #McDonalds
@BMWGroup call from Trafford months ago for a recall to be told today we have to make our own way home if they keep it. No courtesy car and only £20 for a taxi there and back to Wigan. Not told at time of making appt & your recall. Shocking customer service and cancelled appt
@Specsavers could you let me know who I can contact to make a complaint? Been into Wigan branch as my glasses that I had replaced for a brand new pair in Jan have broken off again in the same place & been told out of warranty & £100 to sort it out! They have lasted 4 months!

@easyJet If you cancel my sons flight again today from Sunday & he is stuck in Berlin can he get an alternative way home & you pay for it as he needs to get back for work and will lose earnings or you pay for those or will you use the air traffic control at UK for an excuse now?!
@easyJet Not good for two days though and what happens if they then cancel the Nice one for two days and leave him there!! I am travelling to another airport now to avoid using EasyJet as way too many cancellations from you and not reliable.
@easyJet was thinking of booking with you for a Xmas market but no chance when you cancelled my son’s flight last night and he is stuck in Berlin until Tuesday which will then take 8hrs to get back to Manchester via Nice. I hope you don’t cancel his Nice flight then!!
