@outdoorperscrip Indeed, they vary so much. And there is so much focus on shortening admissions that I think they forget that longer but in-depth treatment can be more helpful for some.
Practising doing it yourself in the community with varied normal eating situations is so essential.
I was in an EDU, so even more relevant potentially, but this is so very true.
As easy as it seems, cooking can be a massive challenge and achievement when you struggle with mental health.
