My WiFi hasn’t been working for 2 days now @virginmedia - and can never get through to anyone to find out what’s wrong. The “check your service” bot says you think my box is off, it isn’t. Help?
@nutriseed I ordered some stuff from you guys yesterday that was supposed to arrive by 12, but it's not here yet and I've no email saying it's on it's way. I can't get through to anyone on the phone, can you help?
@Se_Railway Affected by all cancelled trains to margate on Friday 2nd March due to the snow - I didn't realise there was a 28 day window to claim costs back. Any flexibility around this? To get there we had to spend £300 on an uber as ALL trains were cancelled!
