@XfinitySupport we have a downed cable line in our yard due to a tree falling. I need to request a technician, but the online chatbot only gives me option to troubleshoot my service. My service isn't affected but my next door neighbors is. I need to have a HUMAN contact
@MBTA@kasey_lately Perhaps, @MBTA next time your communication will be clear that it was shuttling SOUTHbound only? Instead, all of your riders were left stressed and confused because of your lack of clarity.
Recap on my @mbta experience this morning:
Over an hour from start of service for T to announcing bussing. Then when train comes not a single word from conductor that we werent actually bussing. All the while I was trying to figure out another option for myself for no reason.
@johnmcboston@lolMBTA@MBTA Still doesn't explain or justify the @mbta lack of communication and management of situations like these. They have had enough crap situations over the years that their incident recovery communication should be 100% on point.
Also, not a single announcement from train conductor as we got to Broadway so maybe you aren't actually usong shuttle buses? What the heck @MBTA ? You guys should be pros at handling your shitty service by now!
Hello, @mbta Will the No. 9 bus at Broadway be free to #redline passengers? No sense in all of shuttle busing to Park if we can bypass it and free up space!
Train service starts at what? 5:00-5:30 & yet the ever inept & incompetent @mbta didn't post about shuttling between Alewife & Broadway until after 6am. How does this org that the entire city & surrounding areas of #Boston RELIES on get away with this? #mbtafail
Dear @MBTA why is your southbound redline train (currently at south station) saying "last stop" at every station? Wish I could give you a car number but not near either end to see it.
