What if living well isn't about doing more, but being more conscious of what we already do?
🌱 Food that nourishes
☀️ Movement that energises
🧠 A mind open to learning

Exploring the extraordinary in ordinary life.
Welcome to Life!
Sometimes life isn’t asking too much of us.
We’re asking too much of ourselves.
Saying yes when we mean no. Trying to control what we can’t. Carrying every thought. Chasing what’s next.
Maybe peace begins when we stop adding stress to what’s already there.
Mistakes aren’t proof that you failed.
Sometimes, they’re simply proof that you tried.
So maybe the question isn’t “What if I get it wrong?”
Maybe it’s “What will I learn if I do?”
Try. Make mistakes. Learn. Try again.
That’s how ordinary days become better ones.
The cow may have left our courtyard.
The farmer may be far from our city.
But their work still reaches our plate.
We are not separate from the food system. We are part of it. 🌱

We try so hard to understand life, control it, defend our views…
yet our next breath itself arrives without asking us.
Maybe consciousness isn’t about knowing more.
Maybe it’s about becoming quiet enough to notice how much we don’t know and still participate fully. 🌱
@DalaiLamaAnswe1 I think somewhere in trying to meet everyone's expectations, we slowly forget what we actually enjoy doing.
Thankyou @DalaiLama for giving light on this truth.
The Reflection
It left me wondering..
We spend so much of life building things around us: careers, ambitions and identities.
How much attention do we give to the space within?
Sometimes, travelling to see something outside leaves us with a beautiful question about ourselves.
THE EVERYDAY OBSERVER | EP. 001 🛕
The Observation
While travelling to different Jyotirlingas, something kept catching my attention.
Many temple towers seemed to rise towards the sky.
Was it just design, or were our ancestors communicating something through stone? 🛕
The Discovery
I discovered the Shikhara: a towering structure traditionally associated with the cosmic Mount Meru.
Beneath it lies the Garbhagriha, the intimate inner sanctum.
A fascinating contrast: an enormous structure rising above a small, sacred centre.
We talk openly about physical health. Why do we whisper about mental health?
A healthy mind isn't just for people in crisis. It's for all of us—to live joyfully, understand one another and build a society rooted in compassion, not judgment. 🌱
#MentalHealth#actnow
We wake up. Work. Scroll. Sleep. Repeat.
Somewhere in between, we promise ourselves that we'll start living when things get better.
But what if an ordinary day is also a part of the life we've been waiting for?
Don't miss today while preparing for tomorrow. 🌱

Does a “healthy plate” look the same for everyone? 🍽️
A student, a desk worker and someone physically active may have very different needs.
Maybe the question isn’t “What’s the perfect diet?”
but “What does my body need for the life I’m living today?” 🌱
#ConsciousEating
We don’t need energy only for workouts.
We need it to work, travel, create, help others, spend time with family—and still feel alive at the end of the day. ☀️
That’s what makes me curious about Surya Shakti: building a body that supports the life you want to live.

@cpsavesoil This changes everything! 🌿🌏 Farming isn’t just about survival—it can be about abundance! The fact that trees can multiply farmers' income while healing the planet is incredible. I’m all in for this solution—are you? 🌳💚 #TreeFarming#SaveSoil#SustainableFarming#YouCanDoIt
@SadhguruJV Climate finance must prioritize revitalizing agricultural soils—every dollar invested here yields exponential ecological and economic returns. This is not just about saving soil; it’s about saving humanity. Let’s make soil health the centerpiece of #COP29. #SaveSoil#ActNow
@cpsavesoil@Newsweek@PraveenaSridhar The @Newsweek article sheds light on a critical issue: by 2050, much of our soil could be degraded, jeopardizing the health and well-being of future generations. Soil is the lifeblood of our planet, essential for growing food and supporting ecosystems. #SaveSoil
@cpsavesoil Who knew that pulses not only nourish our bodies but also replenish the earth? This fact underscores the importance of mindful food choices in shaping a healthier planet. Let's embrace the wisdom of nature and support sustainable agriculture practices.
