Oh and we had to go the reimbursement route because they had no towing available after my husband sat on the side of the road for literal hours…then they charge fees for reimbursement. #soundslikeascam

When it takes 2 hours on the phone with @USAA to get reimbursed (after they sat on the claim for nearly a month) then they have no towing services under contract with access to a military installation 🙄
