@AmericanAir shame on your Miami staff - I’m a breastfeeding and pumping doctor mom and was delayed boarding my flight and made to check a bag because your staff doesn’t know your own policy about breast pump and breast milk bags. Do better.

@AmericanAir I showed multiple staff members the policy from your website and they told me it doesn’t count if I don’t have my baby with me. Basic biology, but human milk production doesn’t stop when your baby isn’t with you.
